摘要
2005年1月1日,全球纺织品贸易的配额体制宣告结束,实现了纺织品贸易一体化。然而,自配额限制取消半年来,美国和欧盟已经几次对我国纺织品出口设限,使得中国纺织品服装贸易面临严峻挑战。本文主要对中国纺织品出口在后配额时代的贸易环境、贸易壁垒及策略选择进行了探讨,中国应从政府、产业和企业3个层面采取相应的对策,提高自身竞争力,治理出口秩序,实现向后配额时代的平稳过渡。
With abolishment of the textile quota on Jan 1^st 2005,the international textile trade control sees its post-quota era. Since the American and Europe have limited the China textile industry export several times. The paper discusses the possible protective measures and policies to he adopted against China＇s textile exports by the advanced countries such as antidumping, technical criteria, ecological criteria and regional preferences. It concludes with countermeasures against the challenges.
