摘要
就业歧视是我国当前的热点问题,而就业歧视中的性别歧视现象尤其引人注目。服务业是女性就业较为集中的行业,为了解在服务行业中针对女性的就业歧视状况,在典型调查的基础上,运用回归分析方法对调查样本中两性职工工资收入进行的计量分析发现,在我国服务行业中针对女性的就业歧视主要表现在人力资本投资歧视以及晋升机会上的不平等,而不是工资收入歧视。
In recent years, employment discrimination has caused extensive concern in our country, and sex discrimination is especially noticeable among the employment discrimination. Service industry is an industry in which more women are employed. To understand the condition of sex discrimination, by analyzing the staff wages of men and women in the service industry by regression analysis on the basis of typical investigation, we find that employment discrimination against woman mainly displays in human capital investment discrimination and disequilibrium of promotion opportunity, not in wage discrimination.
