摘要
中频电炉湿法筑炉是在筑炉材料中加入一定量的水,混合均匀后,用湿法打结炉衬。主要介绍湿法筑炉钢坩埚模形状的改进,绝缘层和绝热层的辅设,炉衬材料的配制和打结、烘炉与烧结。同时,对湿法筑炉及其烘炉与烧结方法进行探讨。
The wet method of building lining in medium frequency electric furnace is that the lining materials is tamped after a certain proportion of water is added into the refractory materials and then mixed evenly. The improvement of steel crucible model shape of wet strike method, the layout of electrical and thermal insulation layer, the preparation and tamp of linings, firing and sintering are introduced. Meanwhile, Wet methods of lining building, firing and sintering are discussed.
