摘要
中国城市的商业业态正伴随着国内零售业的开放和城市结构的重新组合而发生前所未有的变革,变革的重要标志是西方“舶来”的连锁超市、大卖场等为代表商业新业态的迅速扩张,由此逐步形成了“沃尔玛化”的现象。“沃尔玛化”不仅快速改变了城市商业零售的运营模式,还直接改变了人们的消费行为和本土的消费文化,我们必须从商业生态系统的“和谐”与均衡运行上给予审视和反思,同时还应关注国外的“反沃尔玛化”现象,以在城市商业的转型期中作出理性的选择。
With the opening of domestic retail business and the reorganization of the urban structure, the business style of urban China is now undergoing unprecedented changes. The important symbol of the change lies in the rapid expansion of the business new style represented by chain stores, supermarkets and mails which originated in the West, and Wal-Martization gradually comes into being. Wal-Martization has not only greatly changed the operational mode of the urban retail business but also directly altered people's consumption behavior and the domestic consumption culture. We should deliberate and reflect on the operation of the business ecosystem in harmony and balance, at the same time paying attention to the Anti-Wal-Martization abroad so as to make rational choice in the transformation of urban business in China.
