摘要
目的建立苦参素注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。方法采用凝胶法,参照《中国药典》2005版附录[1]对苦参素注射液进行细菌内毒素检查的方法学研究。结果本品经80倍稀释对细菌内毒素无干扰作用。结论用0.25EU/ml的鲎试剂进行细菌内毒素检查是可行的。
Objective To estabilish a bacterial endotoxin experiment for Marine injection. Methods By gelation assay and referencing appendix of （china Phamacopoeia）2005 edition meththedology for Marine injection is researched. Results It has been proved that the product doesn＇t interfere with endotoxin if it is diluted by 80 times. Conclusion Through 0.25EU/ml Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate reagent , bacteria endorixins test can be feasibly done.
