摘要
目的建立替考拉宁组分和有关物质测定的HPLC法。方法使用YWGC18柱(200m m×4.6mm,10μm),流动相为0.02molL/磷酸二氢钠(pH 6.0)∶乙腈(73∶27),流速1.0mlm/in,检测波长230nm。结果替考拉宁在浓度70~430μg/m l内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率98.93%,RSD为0.86%(n=9)。结论该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于替考拉宁组分及有关物质测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of teicoplanin and its related substance. Methods A C18 column(YWG, 200×4.6mm, 10μm)was used; mobile phase: 0.02mol/L phosphate buffer (pH6.0): acetonitrile (73:27); flow rate: 1.0ml/min; wavelength: 230nm. Results The linear range for teicoplanin was 70~430μg/ml (r=0. 9999). The average recovery of 98.93% was obtained with a RSD of 0. 86% ( n = 9). Conclusion The method was rapid, simple and accurate for content determination of teicoplanin component and its related substances.
