摘要
针对开关磁阻起动/发电机应用在混合动力汽车ISG系统实现组合起动、发电功能的基本要求,设计了整体控制策略和基于TM S320LF 240和EPM 7128S为核心的DSP+CPLD型数字控制器,完成了三相6/4结构开关磁阻起动/发电机样机的起动和发电实验,给出了实验波形和分析结论。表明了本方案实践可行,控制策略正确有效。
In this paper,the basic control requirements of Switched Reluctance Starter/Generator (SRS/G) applies to Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV)integrated Starter Generator (ISG)system to realize starting and generation are discussed. The integrated control strategies of SRS/G is analyzed. The controller based on Digital Signal Processor (DSP) TMSS20F240 and Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD)EPMT128S is designed. The experiments on a three phases 6/4 structure SRS/G prototype are done. The waves and the analysis of results are given. The experimental results indicate that the scheme is feasible,digital controller and control strategies are valid.
