摘要
研究了种植密度对云烟87上部烟叶长度、宽度、厚度的影响,探讨了种植密度与上部烟叶烟碱含量及糖碱比值的关系,并比较分析了不同种植密度下云烟87的上等烟百分率与产值.结果表明:种植密度与云烟87上部烟叶的宽度及厚度呈显著的负相关关系(P<0.05),与长度及总烟碱含量呈极显著的负相关关系(P<0.01),而与糖碱比值呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.05);在湖南省嘉禾县,云烟87的最佳种植密度为1 212株/666.7 m2,在该密度下,云烟87上部烟叶中B2F等级烟叶的厚度为119.2μm、总烟碱含量为3.43%、糖碱比值为8.10,均符合优质上部烟叶的标准;适当提高种植密度,不但可以降低上部烟叶的厚度与烟碱含量、提高糖碱比值,而且能提高上部烟叶的可用性,并能提高上等烟的百分率与产值.
The effects of planting rate on the length, width and thickness of Yunyan 87 upper leaf, a breed of flue-cured tobacco, were studied. The relationship between planting rate and nicotine content and sugar-nicotine ratio were also investigated. Meanwhile the superior leaf percentages and income under different planting rates were compared in the paper. The main results are given as follows. It was found that the planting rates were negatively related to the length, width, thickness and total nicotine content of Yunyan 87 upper leaf. The notable level for the width and thickness was 0. 05 (P〈0. 05), and 0. 01 for the length and nicotine content (P〈0. 01). However, the planting rates were positively related to sugar-nicotine ratio with notable level 0.05 (P〈0. 05). It was also found that in Jiahe County of Hunan Province of China, 1 212 individuals/666.7 m^2(row spacing× spacing in the rows= 1.1 m×0. 5 m) is the best planting rate for Yunyan 87. At this rate, the thickness, total nicotine content and sugar-nicotine ratio of B2F in the fourth leaf from the top of Yunyan 87 were 119.2 μm, 3.43% and 8. 10, respectively. All of them were conformed to standards for high quality upper leaf of flue-cured tobacco. Appropriately increasing the planting rate could not only make the thickness and nicotine content of Yunyan 87 upper leaf obviously decrease, but also make superior leaf percentage and income from the breed apparently increase.
