摘要
大学生心理调适具有时代性,当代大学生的心理调适能力应该随时代的发展而不断拓展其内涵。大学生心理调适能力的提升,包括自我提升和外部提升两个方面,外部提升是通过优化社会心理环境、完善大学生心理健康教育的工作机制、开展大学生心理健康教育等途径实现的,自我提升是大学生个体通过提高认知水平、培养积极情感、提高意志力等途径实现的。
University students' psychology-transfer has its era nature, university students should expand their psychology-transfer ability intension with development of the times. University students' psychology-transfer ability includes two aspects: self-promoting and outside-promoting. Outside-promoting can be reached through the way such as optimizing social psychological environment, impmveing university students' psychological working mechanism of health education, hunching university students' psychological health education, etc. Self-promoting can be reached through the way such as raising individual' s cognitive level, training positive emotion, raising willpower, etc.
