摘要
采用Merrifild固相法合成了生长激素释放肽(GHRP).其氨基酸序列为His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-phe-Lys-NH2.HPLC分析纯度为97.7%,氨基酸组分分析与理论值吻合.观察了不同剂量对15、25及35日龄小鼠的促生长效应,1000μg/kg剂量可使小鼠体重较对照组增加15.2%.当剂量高达10mg/kg时仍安全无毒.
Growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP) was synthesized by Merrifild's solid phase synthesis of polypeptide. The amino acid sequence of GHRP is H-D-W-A-W-D-F-K-NH2, the purity was 97. 7% obtaining from HPLC, the amino acid composition was found in agreement with its calculated values. When the dosage was 1 000 μg/kg, it enhanced significantly the growth for 15,25 and 35 days mice. The mice's weight had increased by 15. 2% as compared with the contrast when the dosage was 1 000 μg/kg. Although the dosage was 10 000μg/kg, it still had the enhancement effect without toxicity.
