摘要
对膜荚黄芪(Astragalusmembranaceus)发状根根冠细胞的亚显微结构进行研究发现:发状根根尖没有分化出典型的根冠结构;根冠平衡囊细胞中淀粉粒分布无极性,散布于细胞质中;细胞中未发现租面内质网而仅有滑面内质网的存在;高尔基体分泌功能不旺盛,无肥大的潴泡;细胞壁较薄,纵向壁略加厚,其间无粘液积累;根冠外周细胞逐渐老化,但细胞壁不溶解,老化的细胞不脱落,且根冠细胞层数不增加.
The hairy roots of Astragalus membranaceus were induced by an introduction of Agrobacterium rhizogenes pRi 15834, pGSGlucl. It was shown that no typical root cap had been developed and the changes of subcellular structures were as follows: random distribution of amyloplasts in the statocyst; only sER was present the cells but no rER was found; little secretion of Golgi apparatuses; no mucus formation between cell walls.The statocyst was thin-walled and formed nonsecretory cell similar to that of the meristematic and elongating regions. The root cap cells didn't fall off during growth, and no increase of cell layers was observed. We suggest that these changes are related to the high production of secondary metabolite of hairy roots.
