摘要
目的探讨用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣植骨加压锣钉治疗创伤性股骨颈骨折的疗法。方法采用经髂关节改良Smith-Petersen氏入路,取旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣植骨加压锣钉内固定治疗创伤性股骨颈骨折48例。结果术后随访43例,随访时间8个月～8年。38例愈合,患侧髂关节功能恢复良好,5例出现股骨头缺血性坏死。结论带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣植骨加压锣钉治疗创伤性股骨颈骨折,能促进股骨颈骨折愈合,是治疗创伤性股骨颈骨折的有效方法。
OBJECEIVE Inquiring into with thd belt to revolve Qia＇s deeply blood vessel base of a fruit ilium piece that the bone adds pressure that the curative effect and method of wound thighbone neck fracture is cured by the screw. METHODRS Using reforming Smith-Petersen through hip joint to go into the road, and takes to revolve the deep blood vessel base of a fruit ilium piece of Qia to plant the bone adding pressure admittedly inside the screw to cure wound thighbone neck bone examples a calmly. RESULTES Following up a case by regular visits to 43 examples, and follows up a care by regular visits to after the time 8 months～8 years, 38 examples fractures are all healed and trouble hip joint going inclining recover well, and 5 examples have appeared atighbone vacancy courage and uprightness necrosis fracture 48. CONCLUSIONS The belt revolves Qia, and the bone is planted by the blood vessel base of a fruit ilium piece deeply, and can promote the fracture to heal, is curing the wound thighbone neck fractuure effectively method.
