摘要
随着“三农”问题研究的深入,越来越多的人认识到,解决“三农”问题要求建立农业经济组织。但当前大多数的探讨定位于中国入世的宏观环境和市场学的角度,只是给出了建立农业经济组织的重要性,但没有提出解决问题的理由及措施。这里从微观体制和农民生产的角度进行分析,力求给出建立农业经济组织的根本原因,并在此基础上,提出建立农业经济组织的现实途径。
With further studies of the Farmer - related Three Problems, more and more people have realized that their solution relies on the establishment of the organizations of agricultural economy. However, most studies focus on its importance and the macro- environment and marketing after China＇s entry into WTO rather than practical measures. From the perspective of the micro - system and the farmer＇s production, the author traces its main causes and offers practical measures.
