飞行质谱技术在前列腺癌蛋白质组学研究中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 表面增强激光解吸附/电离飞行时间质谱(surface enhanced laser desorption ion ization tim e offflightmass spectrom etry,SELD I-TOF-MS)是近年来新发展起来的一项新技术,广泛应用于蛋白质组学研究中,其在肿瘤标志物的筛选和肿瘤的早期诊断方面的研究成果尤为引人注目,本文就SELD I-TOF-MS在前列腺癌蛋白质组学方面的研究进展作一综述。
