摘要
采用高压琼脂糖凝胶电泳方法及免疫固定技术,对南京地区人群血清 B_f 表型分布及基因频率进行了调查。通过对110名健康者凋查,结果 B_f表型分布是:SS 型82人,FS 型25人,FF型3人;基因频率为 B_f~=0.86,B_f=0.14。本文为南京地区群体遗传学提供了数据,以供法医学个人识别及亲权鉴定的开展做参考。
Using agarose gel high-Voltage electrophoresis followed by immunofixation,the poly- morphism of B_f was determined in 110 healthy human sera in Nanjing.The distribution of B_f pheno- types observed was:SS:82,FS:25,FF:3.Their allele frequencies were:B_f^F=0.14,B_f^S= 0.86.The distribution of B_f phenotypes was in good agreement with that of the Hardy-Weinberg law.
