弓形虫感染培养细胞核的超微结构研究

摘要 为弄清弓形虫侵袭、损害宿主细胞核的过程及机制,采用电镜观察弓形虫侵入体外培养的猴肾细胞、恶性胶质瘤细胞和人胚肺细胞胞核的过程,及其在核内的寄生状况。结果显示,弓形虫攻击细胞核时,先以顶端与核膜接触,使该处核膜溶解,然后进入核内。核内寄生的虫周围有一低电子密度区,但没有膜性结构包绕。核内有弓形虫寄生的细胞数较少,但这些细胞的胞质结构常破坏严重,这些结构的损伤和胞质内环境的变化可能是弓形虫进入核内寄生的原因之一。 Using electron microscopy,we observed the nuclei of cultural cells(human glioblas- toma cells human embryonic pulmonary cells and monkey kidney cells)infected by T.gondii.The results showed that at first the apical complex of T,gondii touched the nuclear membrane of cultur- al cells.Then the nuclear membrane was disoganized locally and the T.gondii entered the nucleus of host cells.In the nucleus T.gondii were surrounded by an electron-lucent region devoid of sur- rounding membraneous structurs.The cells were few in number,with nucleus infected by T.gondi- i.While severe degeneration of structure were seen in those cells.Perhaps the structural injury and environmental changes in cytoplasm of host cells contribute to the residence of T.gondii's in nucle- us.
