摘要
目的:观察海洛因依赖者在进行脱毒治疗的同时纠正肝功能失调,对出院后保持操守的影响。方法:将40名肝功能异常的海洛因依赖患者随机分成二组,各20名,对照组只进行单纯脱毒治疗,另一组在脱毒治疗的同时,进行降酶、护肝、抗病毒、对症治疗。两组病人临床脱毒出院后坚持上门随访半年。结果:治疗组有15人操守1个月,11人操守两个月,9人操守3个月,5人操守4个月,2人操守5个月,1人操守半年,未治疗组8人操守1个月,5人操守2个月,2人操守3个月,1人操守4个月,没有人能操守5～6个月。二组病人的前6个月操守有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:纠正海洛因依赖者肝功能的异常可延缓复吸,保持较长时间的操守。
Objective： To investigate the effect of the treatment for heroin addicts with liver dysfunction during detoxification on relapse rate. Methods： Forty heroin addicts with liver dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups, one was control group in which patients received routine treatment of detoxification, the other was experimental group in which patients were plus additional treatment such as reducing enzyme, protecting liver, and antagonizing the virus with the expectant measures. All of these forty subjects were followed up about six months after discharge from hospital with interviewing several times. Results： In the experimental group, fifteen subjects were heroin-free for one month, eleven subjects for two months, nine subjects for three months, five subjects for four months, two subjects for five months and one subject for six months; in the control group, eight subjects were heroin-free for one month, five subjects for two months, two subjects for three months, one subject for four months and no objects for five and six months. There was a significant difference between the two groups during the following-up period （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Treatment in heroin addicts with liver dysfunction during detoxification could stay the relapse and prolong the heroin-free period.
