摘要
通过BaCl2、TiCl4水溶液的喷雾热分解反应连续性制备了以球形颗粒为主的微米级钛酸钡粉末.对产物进行的X-荧光光谱、XRD、DTA分析结果显示,产物中除主体成份BaTiO3外仍含有少量未反应完全的金属氯化物.实验进一步考察了不同的制备操作条件:喷雾气液比、平均逗留时间、反应温度对分解转化率的影响,并分析指出喷雾粒子在射流床反应器内逗留时间的不均一性是造成总体转化率不高的原因.
With BaCl2 and TiCl4 as original materials,for the preparation mostly of spherical micron BaTiO3 particles by spray pyrolysis.The products were characterized by X-fluonjimetric spectrum,XRD,DTA.The results show that except the main part of BaTiO3 a small anount of metal Chloride still remains unchanged. Furthermore,the influence of spraying gas-liqid ratio,average residence time,the effect of reaction time on the conversion ratio were investigated.We discovered that the inhomogenety of the individual particles' residence time in the conversion in the whole.
