摘要 本文观察了花生受精作用的全过程。开花前2~4h散粉。花粉在柱头上萌发后,花粉管进入花柱,沿中空的花柱道向子房室生长。在子房室内,沿珠柄侧的子房内壁生长至与胚珠珠孔相当部位时,花粉管离开子房壁进入珠孔,经珠心冠细胞之间隙抵达胚囊。开花后9h,花粉管通过一个助细胞的丝状器进入助细胞而释放精子和内容物。花粉管进入近珠柄侧助细胞的百分率为61.6%。开花后12h,一个精子附在卵细胞上。开花后14h,精核已进入卵细胞并附在卵核上。开花后21~26h为合子期。开花后27h,合子分裂。开花后13h,另一精核与极核或次生核接触。开花后17h,形成初生胚乳核。开花后18h,初生胚乳核分裂。 The whole process of double fertilization in Arachis hypogeaae L. was examined. Self-pollination occurs 2-4hr. before anthesis. The pollen grain germinates on the stigma and the pollen tube grows along the hollow style canal into the ovary chamber at the funicle side and enters the micropyle. The pollen tube passes through the intercellular space of the nucellar cap cells and penetrates the synergid at the 9thhr. after anthesis (A. A. ). The rate of the pollen tube entering the synergids proximal to the funicle is 61. 6%. At the twelfthhr. A. A., one sperm comes in contact with the egg cell.At the 14thhr. A. A., the sperm nucleus has entered the egg cell and lies on the egg nucleus. The zygote is formed at 21st-26thhr. A. A.,By the 27thhr. A. A., the zygote undergoes mitosis. At the 13thhr. A. A., the another sperm nucleus and the polar nucleus or the secondary nucleus contact each other. The primary endosperm nucleus is formed at the 17thhr. A. A., By the 18thhr. A. A., the mitosis of the primary endosperm nucleus occurs.
