摘要
人权与自然权利常常会发生冲突,二者的冲突有其深刻的认识根源和经济根源。要实现人权与自然权利的协调,必须树立自然权利观念,走出人类中心主义观念误区;用立法保障的方式,实现人对自然权利的尊重与维护;成立环境保护基金会,建立合理的经济补偿制度等措施来协调人权与自然权利的冲突。
Human rights and nature rights frequently conflict with each other. The source of the conflict derives from both identification and economy. To achieve the coordination of human rights and nature rights, first, we should establish the concept of nature rights, leaving behind the human-centered concept; second, human should respect and protect the nature rights under the guarantee of law; third, we should set up environment protection fund to establish economic expiation system to coordinate the conflict between human rights and nature rights.
