摘要
研究了2-[5-羧基-(1,3,4-三氮唑偶氮)]-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(CTZDBA)作为络合滴定钴指示剂的分析性能。结果表明,在pH4.0~7.0的NH3·H2O-NH4Ac缓冲溶液中,加入8滴1.0g/L指示剂CTZDBA溶液,用EDTA标准溶液进行滴定,滴定终点由紫红色变为亮橙色,变色敏锐,准确度高。在50mL溶液中钴量在0~20mg与EDTA体积成正比,方法用于试剂及钴基合金样品分析,相对标准偏差≤1.4%。
2-[5-carboxy-(1,3,4-triazolylazo) ]-5-diethylamino benzoic acid( abbreviated as CTZDBA) as an indicator for the complexometric titration of cobalt was reported. The results indicated that the end-point for the titration of cobalt with eight drops of the reagent solution was found to be sharper in NH3 · H2O - NH4Ac buffer solution at pH 4.0 -7.0, and the color of solution at terminal point turned from mauve into bright orange. The linear range of the method was 0 -20 mg/50 mL for cobalt. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of cobalt in reagent and cobalt alloy samples with RSD≤1.4 %
