摘要
研究了2-[5-羧基-（1，3，4-三氮唑偶氮）]-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸（CTZDBA）作为络合滴定钴指示剂的分析性能。结果表明，在pH4．0～7．0的NH3·H2O-NH4Ac缓冲溶液中，加入8滴1．0g／L指示剂CTZDBA溶液，用EDTA标准溶液进行滴定，滴定终点由紫红色变为亮橙色，变色敏锐，准确度高。在50mL溶液中钴量在0～20mg与EDTA体积成正比，方法用于试剂及钴基合金样品分析，相对标准偏差≤1．4％。
2-[5-carboxy-（1,3,4-triazolylazo） ]-5-diethylamino benzoic acid（ abbreviated as CTZDBA） as an indicator for the complexometric titration of cobalt was reported. The results indicated that the end-point for the titration of cobalt with eight drops of the reagent solution was found to be sharper in NH3 · H2O - NH4Ac buffer solution at pH 4.0 -7.0, and the color of solution at terminal point turned from mauve into bright orange. The linear range of the method was 0 -20 mg/50 mL for cobalt. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of cobalt in reagent and cobalt alloy samples with RSD≤1.4 %
