摘要
论述了莆田市排水行业的现状、近年来取得的进展和目前存在的一些主要问题。针对这些问题,笔者结合莆田市的实际情况对今后的发展提出了具体的建议和对策。
Putian is a medium scale city in the development. In this paper we survey the present situation of the drainage industry in Putian. We also discuss the achievements and existing problems in this industry. These problems are not only the bottle necks in the development of the drainage industry in Putian. They are also faced in the municipal administration reforms in many cities nationwide. In this paper, we propose several strategies and concrete measures to address these problems.
