摘要
分析了串联谐振逆变器在零电压换流模式下的换流过程,得出了器件的最佳开关时刻和吸收电容、触发脉冲的死区宽度之间的关系,提出了一种使器件工作于零电压开关(ZVS)条件时的逆变控制策略,设计了环内固定延时和环外动态延时来完成ZVS控制的逆变锁相电路,并进行了仿真和试验。结果证明了该控制策略的正确性和可行性。
The processes of series-resonant inverter under ZVS (zero voltage switching) control scheme is analyzed. The relationship among optimal switching time, absorption capacity and skip distance is obtained. A control scheme that can make the power electronic devices function under ZVS is suggested based on the analysis. The phase-lock inverter circuit is designed through in-loop constant and outer-loop dynamic time compensating. The static and dynamic results of simulation and experiments demonstrate the validity of this ZVS control scheme.
