摘要
提出了一种采用草酸氧钒(VOC2O4·H2O)热分解制备纳米VO2的方法。通过热分析(TG-DSC)、XRD和TEM手段,分析了草酸氧钒前驱体的热分解过程,纳米VO2的结构和形貌,测定了纳米VO2粉体的电阻-温度曲线。实验结果表明VOC2O4·H2O热分解开始温度为343℃,在380℃,真空度为20-50Pa的条件下,热分解获得VO2的平均尺寸为22nm,相变温度为69℃。
A new preparation method of VO2 nanopowders by the means of thermal decomposition of vanadium oxalate VOCaO4·H2O was put forward in this paper. By means of thermal analyses (TG-DSC), XRD and TEM, the thermal decomposition process of VOC2O4·H2O precursor,crystal structure and morphology of VO2 nanopowders were analysed and its curve of resistance-temperature was tested. The thermal analyses results show that thermal decomposition of VOC2O4 ·H2O precursor begins at 343℃. In our experiment, thermal decomposition temperature 380℃ and the furnace pressure 20-50Pa,was adopted and under this experiment condition the mean crystallite size of prepared VO2 nanopowders is 22nm and phase transition temperature is about 69℃.
