摘要
合成了以3,4,5,6-四硫杂辛二酸双(2,2-二羟甲基-1,3-丙二醇)单酯为代表的多羟基多硫化物偶联剂。考察了不同用量偶联剂与无机填料(白炭黑、陶土、轻质碳酸钙)的配合对胶料的共补强效果。结果表明,加入适量偶联剂,明显促进橡胶与填料间的结合,改善硫化胶的力学性能;在该偶联剂体系中,硫含量较高的偶联剂作用更为显著,其对白炭黑和陶土填充胶料的作用明显高于轻质碳酸钙填充胶料。
The coupling agents bis (2,2-bihydroxymethyl-1,3- hydroxyl propanyl ) polythriosubrate were synthesized. The coupling agents were used to rubbers filled with silica, clay and calcium carbonate respectively and the mechanical properties were tested. The results showed that the mechanical properties of rubber composites were improved by using the coupling agents, The properties of vulcanizates filled with silica or clay were better than those filled with calcium carbonate.
