摘要
法学教育是西欧中世纪大学教育的重要内容,它的起源与兴盛有着特定的历史背景,并对城市运动产生了显著的社会效应。大学法学教育的兴起与发展是城市运动的客观需要,是城市运动的一个有机组成部分,城市运动是大学法学教育兴起与发展的客观基础。法学教育简要介绍了当时罗马法与宗教法两个专业的开设情况。大学法学教育培育了市民的法治理念,促进了城市法律体系的建设,推动了城市运动的进程,并对西方法制以至西方文明的发展产生了很大影响。
As un important faculty of university in medieval western Europe, the origin and prosperity of law education catered to the special historical demand and resulted in great social impact. This article first explains why the City Movement was the base of law education, then introduces the main contents of law education - civil law and canon law, evaluates those important law education centers such as Bologna University, finally it comes to the conclusion： cultivating the bourgeois＇ taw consciousness, pushing the City Movement forward, university＇ s law education in medieval western Europe greatly contributed to the ＇development of western law system and overall civilization,
