摘要
采用体外细胞培养、ＲＮＡ斑点杂交技术和彩色图像分析，观察了铁缺乏或铁负荷过重时淋巴细胞铁反应子结合蛋白（ＩＲＥ－ＢＰ）ｍＲＮＡ的表达情况。结果显示：铁缺乏状态下，（第１，２，３组）ＩＲＥ－ＢＰｍＲＮＡ的表达较正常对照组（第４组）增强，杂交图谱图像分析表明，第１．２．３组面积乘吸光度分别是第４组的１１．７、８．５、５．６倍，而铁负荷过重状态下ＩＲＥ－ＢＰｍＲＮＡ的表达受抑。
The modulation effects of iron on mRNA expression of iron responsive element-binding protein(IRE-BP)of lymphocytes were observed in the culture of lymphocytes with RNA dot blot hybridization and color image analysis.It was found that IRE-BP mRNA expression was increased by 11.7,8.5 and 5;6 times higher in 3 groups of iron deficiency than in the normal control respectively and it was inhibited in iron overloading groups.
