摘要 近年研究表明,钙超载及心肌僵硬度增加是导致心室舒张功能障碍的主要因素,围绕其病因和治疗靶点的研究渐成热点。目前已揭晓和尚在进行中的大规模临床试验将成为舒张性心力衰竭防治规范的依据。同时基础研究的进展亦为舒张性心力衰竭的防治提供全新的思路和令人鼓舞的前景。 The recent researches have been suggested that calcium overload and increases of myocardium stiffness are the two main causes of diastolic dysfunction, so more and more studies focused on its etiology and treatment. A series of large-scale clinical trials,completed or ongoing,aimed at prevention or/and treatment for diastolic heart failure, meanwhile,advances in the basic study have been throught new light on it.
