摘要
矿产资源的开发利用是国民经济发展的保障。矿产资源在开发过程中为了提高资源的利用率和减少对环境造成的破坏与污染,应该采取循环经济的发展模式。文章针对矿业特点,从企业、产业园区、城市和区域三个层次提出了循环经济发展模式。
The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources is guarantee for the development of national economy.In order to promote utilization ratio of resources and decrease damage and pollution for the environment in the process of exploitation,circular economic development pattern should be used.Based upon the characteristics of mining industry,the paper puts forward the development pattern of circular economy from three aspects: enterprises,industrial parks,urban areas and regions.
