研制成功一种四位数码显示用的封装。该封装为多层陶瓷结构,并具有电连接逻辑关系。现已投入应用,并替代进口产品。
An opto-electronic package for four-bit digital display has been developed. The package is a multilayer ceramic structure and has the electrical interconnection with logical function. It has already come into use and can be substituted for the imported one.
