摘要
在全球化与本地化趋势并存的世界经济中，产业集群作为经济发展的新战略方式，越来越被理论界和地方所认可。地方在整合本地资源禀赋并形成规模优势方面具有独特作用，培育区域性产业集群是提高竞争力的有效途径。运用产业集群理论，分析地方培育区域性产业集群的条件、方式以及途径。
In the world economy with the co-existence ofglobalization and localization, as a new strategic mode for economic development, the industrial cluster has been increasingly recognized both by theoretical circles and regional persons. The regional government plays a unique role in arranging its native resources and shaping the scale advantage. To foster regional industrial group is an effective way of improving competitive power. This article provides a study on the condition, models, ways and channels of regional industrial group fostering. Thus, it＇s necessary to investigate the fostering of regional industrial clusters and its requirements, modes, and approaches with theories of industrial cluster.
