摘要
选用“宁杞2号”离体组织进行了愈伤组织诱导和生根状况的研究,筛选出了适宜的愈伤组织诱导和生根的培养基.结果表明,最适的愈伤组织诱导培养基为1/2MS+BA1.0 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L;最适的生根培养基是:1/2MS+NAA0.6 mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L.
Stem pieces of Lycium barbarum cv. ‘Ningqi NO. 2’were used for inducing callus and rooting. The optimum medium for callus inducing and rooting of stem pieces was selected out. The results showed that the best medium for callus inducing is 1/2 MS＋BA 1.0 mg/L＋NAA 1.0 mg/L,and the best medium for rooting is 1/2 MS＋NAA 0.6 mg/L＋IBA 0.2 mg/L.
