网络时代,客户关系管理倍受重视,本论文应用网络经济学的相关原理,如梅特卡夫法则、信息产品的成本特征、锁定与转移成本、注意力经济以及知识优势理论等对客户关系管理的重要性进行经济学解释,从而为网络经济下企业开展客户关系管理提供一个经济学理论基础。
CBM become more and more important in the network era. The thesis use some theories of network economics such as theories of Metcalfe law,cost characteristic of information products Lock -in and Switching Costs, economlcs of notice and knowledge advantage theory to explain the importance of CBM, then to give an economics theory basis for the practice of CBM. in the network era.
