质量是高等教育的生命线,教务管理人员的素质,直接关系到办学质量的好坏。新形势下,高等学校教务管理人员应具备以下素质:思想道德品质高、服务意识强;业务上懂管理、讲科学;技能上现代化、信息化;意识上强化改革和创新。
Quality is the lifeline of higher education, the quality of teaching affairs management staff is directly related to the teaching quality. Therefore, in the present situation, teaching affairs management staff must have such qualities： higher political quality,stronger service, professional capability with management and science, modernization and information on the skills, strengthen the reform and innovation on consciousness.
