摘要
根据独立随机抽样的原则,抽取了598名学生,详细和科学地测量了其身体各部位的30个尺寸。对获得的数据运用统计软件进行了因子分析,得出在下装制作时,臀长和股上长是非常重要的量取尺寸的部位,应该引起重视。并在此基础上进行了中童服装成衣规格设计,包括各系列分档数值和控制部位数值。制定出对生产具有实用价值的儿童常用服装参考规格表,对于生产厂家组织生产有着重要的指导意义,可以避免盲目生产及造成不必要的浪费和损失。
According to the principle of independent and random sampling, 598 pupils got the opportunity for body measurement involving 30 sizes of their bodies for the purpose of garment making. The factor analysis of data obtained was conducted by using statistical software. It was observed that obtaining the measurements of waist-hip length and crotch length was very important for making bottoms and due attention should be paid to. And using these as reference basis, the design of children＇s ready-made clothing specifications was carried out, which covered grading number value and control position number value of all series. The children＇s common clothing specifications with practical value were worked out, providing an important guidance for manufacturers in avoidance of blind production and unnecessary waste or loss.
