摘要
以枯草芽孢杆菌B13为出发菌株,利用基于基因突变的紫外线诱变育种法,筛选出产高活性果胶酶和半纤维素酶的菌株S2和S11,并对其生长特性,产酶情况及底物亲和性进行分析研究,发现S2合成酶液与底物具有更好的亲和性,活性更高,世代时间缩短,分裂增长能力增强,酶液性质明显优于菌株B13和S11,更适合苎麻脱胶生产要求。
With a new type basophil original bacillus B13 as starting raw material, the genetic mutation breeding induced by the ultraviolet radiation was used, and two excellent bacilli S2 and S11 were selected , which were utilized for synthesizing more active pectinase and hemicellulase. Their development properties, rough enzyme mixture and appetency were analyzed. It is found that the enzyme mixture of S2 shows better appetency, more active, shorter generation time, and stronger fissility than B13 and S11, and is more suitable for degumming of ramie fiber.
