摘要
实现基层政府与公众的良性互动,对于和谐社会的构建具有十分重要的意义。全文在探讨影响基层政府与公众良性互动之因素的基础上,提出了相关对策。
The positive interaction between the basic government and the pubic is very important for setting up a harmonious society. This article mainly talks about the factors that influence the positive interaction between the basic government and the pubic, and some counterplans to reply these factors.
