摘要
在产权制度变迁中,开封市企业出现困境的原因是企业管理层缺乏应有的经理人素质,政府没有科学的指导和监督,参与人对产权制度变迁的内涵认识不够。对开封市企业产权制度变迁的现状进行了分析,并对解决这一困境的对策进行了探讨。
The reasons why the business enterprise of Kaifeng City appears the predicament are that the management layer lacks the managers character in the property right reformation; the government don＇t give scientific leading and directs and participator can not understand the content of the property right reformation fully. This text analyzed the present condition of the property right reformation about the business enterprise in Kaifeng, and discussed the countermeasure about solving this predicament.
