摘要
现行的普通话水平测试中存在着评分的信度和效度问题，所以需要规范语音标准、提高测评素质，并采用定性与定量相结合的科学方法，以提高测试的信度与效度。
The present Mandarin Level Test has some problems concerning its reliability and validi- ty. The solution relies on the standardization of the pronunciation rules, the improvement of the test quality based on both qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
