摘要
建立一个合适的急性肝衰竭动物模型对进一步的研究非常重要。现在的模型建立方法包括外科手术如肝切除、阻断供肝血流，或由多种药物诱发，也可以将上述两种方式联合使用，尚无一种合适的疾病模型可供所有急性肝衰竭研究之用。因此，不同的研究目的应选择不同的类型，为基础和临床研究而寻找更理想急性肝衰竭模型的工作仍在继续。
It＇s very important to develop an ideal disease model for liver failure research. Surgical procedures include hepatectomy and hepatic devascularization can develop ALF animal models.Other models are induced by different drugs.Also we can combine the surgical operation and hepatic toxic drugs. There＇s no one disease model can serve as all ALF researches.So different objective should use different model, and a better ALF animal model is continue searching for clinical and experimental research.
