摘要
从浙江省3E(能源、经济和环境)现状出发,以可持续发展为指导思想进行系统地分析,以3E协调发展为最终目的,提出用“双轮驱动”的方法来优化浙江的3E系统,探讨打破浙江3E协调发展能源“瓶颈”的对策,为浙江实现3E的协调发展,达到能源安全、经济增长、环境保护三个目标服务。
This text sets out from three E （Energy, Economic development as the guidelines to analyse systematically, coordinates and Environment） current situation of Zhejiang, regards sustainable final purpose of developing into with three E, get out of and optimize three E system of our province by the way of ＂double round drive＂, probe into the problem and break the energy ＂bottleneck＂ in Zhejiang, and realize the coordinated development of three E for Zhejiang, reach three goals of energy security, economic growth and environmental protection.
