摘要
为了考察微生物菌丝球生长的物理化学因素和控制菌丝球大小的规律以及对染料脱色效果,对青霉菌X5呈球状体生长和用此菌丝球对染料脱色进行了研究.主要考察了温度、pH、培养时间、摇床转速和表面活性剂对菌丝球成球的影响.结果表明,培养液pH为3.0~4.0,温度为30℃,摇床转速为150r/min,不加表面活性剂,培养时间为3d所形成平均球径为0.80~1.00mm左右的菌丝球对染料脱色具有最佳的效果.
The research on the growth of Penicillum X5 in the form of pellet was made in this paper to examine the effects of physical and chemical conditions on the formation of mycelial pellets. The factor affecting mycelial pellets, such as temperature, pH, culture time and shaker speed and surfactant were investigated. The results indicated that the mycelial pellets its best effect of high decoloring rate at pH 3. 0 -4.0. temperature 30℃, shaker of 150 r/min for 3 d, no tween 80 in medium and diameter of pellet was in the range of 0. 80-1.00 mm.
