摘要
网络环境使现有的知识产权法律制度在保护范围、保护期限、保护力度等方面都面临着新的问题。了解网络环境下知识产权保护的法律调节机理,对知识产权法律制度的进一步完善,促进并保障技术进步和经济发展具有重要的作用。本文对知识产权保护的法律调节机理进行了综述,并对网络环境下知识产权保护的法律调节机理进行了探讨。
To make the existing legal systems of intellectual property right all face the problem that newly in such respects as the protecting domain, protecting time limit, protecting dynamics under the environment of the network. It is important to understand the regulation of intellectual property under the environment of network with rational perfection in time in order to give play to the intellectual property fight mechanism to the legal system of the intellectual property right effectively and ensure technological progress and economic development. This paper discussed the regulation of intellectual property under the environment of network.
