摘要
要发酵放大通常采用几何尺寸比例放大,而忽视剪切力作用。剪切力作用对头孢菌素C的发酵水平影响较大。通过试验我们总结出对于种子罐和处于生长期的菌丝体搅拌叶末端线速度不易超过7m/s,对于生长期呈节孢子状态的菌体以7.5m/s的末端线速度为宜。以此为依据,在进行生产规模扩大上取得了较好效果。
Usuarally, shear action is neglected during scaling up fermentation reacter.The effect of shear action has a remarkable effect with Cephalosporin C production.According to experimental results the velocity of turbines agitator tip should be no more than 7m/S to seed and growth stages hyphae; However it can be added to 7.5 m/s to spore.A good production was brought in bigger scale Cephalosporin C production
