摘要
目的:探讨结直肠癌术后早期肠内营养的可行性、安全性及临床疗效。方法:将50例结直肠癌术后病人随机分为肠内营养(EN)治疗组和肠外营养(PN)治疗组,均予以营养支持治疗至第7d。测定手术前后的淋巴细胞计数(LC)、血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、前白蛋白(Pa)、转铁蛋白(Tf)及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBil)指标变化。临床观察胃肠功能恢复时间。结果:EN组的LC、TP、Alb、Pa、Tf、ALT与PN组无差异,TBil低于PN组。EN组胃肠功能恢复时间早于PN组。结论:结直肠癌术后早期营养支持应该首先选择EN。
Objective: To study the clinical feasibility, safety and result from early postoperative enteral nutrition. Methods: Fifty cases of colorectal cancers were randomly divided into two groups: the enteral nutrition (EN) group and parenteral nutrition ( PN) group. All of the patients were given nutrition supportive treatment for 7 days after operation. A series of parameters including lymphocyte count (LC), plasma total .protein (PT), albumin (Alb), prealbumin(Pa), transferring (Tf), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and total bilirubin (TBil) were assesed before and after operation. The resumption of gastrointestinal functions were observed and recorded. Results: Most of the parameters, LC, PT, Alb, Pa, Tf and ALT showed no difference between the two greups.The TBil was lower in EN group than PN group.The gastrointestinal functions resumed earlier in EN group than PN group. Conclusion: EN will be the preferable nutrition treatment after colorectalectomy.
