摘要
在高增压柴油机及陶瓷隔热柴油机的研制中,往往因柴油机燃烧室内压缩终了的温度参数较高(一般>900K),燃烧过程恶化,而导致达不到预期的功率、燃油经济性与排放指标。本文概括了我们在定容燃烧装置中模拟高强化柴油机燃烧室内的高温高压条件下,对柴油喷雾燃烧过程的研究结果。利用计算机对高速摄影图象处理并结合热力学分析计算,定量地考察了温度条件对着火,火焰发展和空气卷吸过程的影响,根据实验结果总结了柴油喷雾在高温条件下燃烧过程恶化的重要原因。
Experimental results revealed that in many case,the performance of heat insulatedengines or high pressure turbocharged engines was worse than that of the primary engines due to the deteriorated combustion process at high ambient temperature. In this paper, image processing and thermodynamic analaysis were applied to investigate the effects of ambient temperature on ignition, flame development and air entrainment into the spary. Based on the experiment results, the main reasons leading to the degraded com bustion process at high temperture were indicated.
