摘要
在pH=4.0的HCl-NaAc缓冲溶液中,盐酸苯海拉明(OPH).硅钨杂多酸缔合微粒体系在295nm处有1吸收峰,DPH浓度在0.50×10^-6-8.0×10^-6g/mL范围内与吸光度成良好线性关系,检出限(3σ)为0.1×10^-6g/mL。该法用于测定片剂中DPH含量具有灵敏、简便、快速、准确、重复性好等特点,回收率为98%-102%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.9%-2.2%。共振散射光谱表明,该体系存在DPH-硅钨杂多酸缔合物微粒。
In pH = 4. 0 HCl-NaAc, the diphenhydramine hydrochloride (DPH) -silicontungstic acid (SiW) association particle system exhibits a maxmum absorption peak at 295 nm. The A295nm is linear with the DPH concentration in range of 0.5 × 10^-6 ~ 8.0 × 10^-6 g/mL. The detection limit is 0. 10 × 10^-6 g/mL DPH. A new spectrophotometric method is used for the determination of DPH in commercial samples, with some advantages including high sensitivity, simplicity, rapidity and accuracy. The recovery is in the range of 98.0% - 102%. The RSD is 0. 9% - 2.2%. The results of the resonance scattering spectra show that there are (DPH- SiW)n association particles in this system.
