摘要
企业并购是风险较大的经营活动,风险贯穿于整个并购活动的始终,其中财务风险是企业并购成功与否的重要影响因素。应针对企业并购过程中财务风险的成因,对财务风险进行控制,以降低并购风险,提高企业并购活动的成功率。
Enterprise merger and acquisition （M＆A） is an operating action with a high degree of risk. There are lots of risks involved in the whole process of M＆A, and that the financial risk is the most decisive factor in M＆A. The cause of financial risks in the process of enterprise merger and acquisition is analyzed, and measures are brought out to decrease these risks and enlarge the probability of success of M＆A.
