摘要
本文对制酒废水进行了高温厌氧消化间歇试验研究,并对其结果进行了动力学分析.结果表明:Monod模型的修正式能够很好地描述其基质降解规律.此外.当消化时间为4天时化学需氧量,(COD)的去除率可达82%,并且基质酸化时间仅需1天.本文还研究了基质降解速率与微生物生长速率以及产气速率之间的关系,井求得了有关动力学参数.
Lab-batch study on the thermophilic anaerobic digestion of wine-distillery wastewater were accomplished.Kinetic analysis was conducted based on the experimental data.The results showed that the modified Monod model could be used to describe the behavior of the Substrate degradation of wine-distillery wastewater under 55 C.The results also showed that around 82% COD removal rate were achieved when digestion time was 4days and the substrate acidification only needed 1 day. The relation between substrate degradation rate and microbial growth rate as well as gas production rate were also studied.The relevant kinetic parameters were obtained.
