摘要
目的评价KTP泪道激光治疗慢性泪囊炎的远期临床疗效。方法本组慢性泪囊炎162例180眼，采用国产KTP泪道激光治疗机激光疏通，术后随访24～36个月。结果治愈158眼，有效14眼，无效8眼；无效的8眼改单页泪囊鼻腔吻合。结论KTP泪道激光治疗慢性泪囊炎操作简单，适应证广，组织损伤小，成功率高，远期疗效满意。[眼科新进展2006；26（3）：214—215]
Objective To evaluate the long-term clinical effect in treating chronic dacryocystttts with KTP laser.Methocls KTP laser was applied in 162 cases（ 180 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis. After dredging lacrimal passages, all patients were followed up for 24- 36 months. Results In 180 eyes, 158 eyes were cured, 14 eyes were utility, the other 8 eyes were inefficient and retreated by the one-page dacryocystorhinostomy. Conclusion KTP laser in treating chronic dacryocystitis should be a simple, adaption width, minimal tissue damage, higher successful rate, and long-term effect satisfactary method.
